Ride Description:

There's still a lot to work out (like whether I'll actually be able to do the ride or not) but I want to get it out there on the calendar.

-A smoked clutch (Ryan)

-Blown wheel bearing (me)

-Broken shift lever (Jimmy B)

Ride Description:

Well Ryan has school and Phil is washing and waxing his cat so I guess I'll post a ride. I had planned on putting this up last week but never got that far.  So far there is no firm plan. Weather may impact route significantly. The intentent is to hit several challenge sites () on the way up and back. The rough plan;JB's for breakfast (7ish) and leave shortly after 8:00.

Ride Description:

Hey guys:

I'm modifying this for a 9am start from Mr V's because I'm going to go on through the Owyhee back country byway to Doyles place and come back through Murphy...  this will add about 3 hours to the trip and require a fill up in Jordan Valley and/or Grandview...

Ride to North Fork Owyhee campground with a side trip to Poison Creek Stage station. Will meet at Mr V's Restaurant in Caldwell

Ride Description:

Note departure time pushed back about an hour to 5:15pm to better accomodate work schedules.  Night time could get near freezing so pack the warm bag ...

Need to pick up my last 3 challenge sites and was waiting for the Steens to cool off a bit.  Wanted to throw this out there and see what interest level there is.  Unfortunately I will be busy the weekend of Eds Virgin Valley ride or I would have planned to do this as part of his ride ...

Ride Description:

Here's a chance to hit 8Challenge points. They're the last 8 need so I'm going to hit them all at once. I want to be very clear ~ this will be a level 5 ride at some points, but you can bail out of those sections to keep it a level 4 ride for you (read the description for further explination). The rest of the ride will be a solid level 4 ride, due to the pace and the milage.
