Riders Rest Campground is in the heart of ADV country including the BDR and Magruder Trail. RR caters to motorcyclists as well as atv travelers. Be sure to mention the Idaho Adventure Motorcycle Club when making reservations for insights and preferred rates

Riders Rest is a privately fenced campground that sits in the heart of Elk City, Idaho. We are right next to the general store with a restaurant across the street. There are four campsites, each with water, power, sewer, a lean-to shelter, fire pit, and picnic table. Four and six-person tents are available for rent. There is also an office with two bathrooms with showers for campground use. Elk City sits at the end of Highway 14, is mid-way on the IBDR (Idaho Backroad Discovery Route), and provides a Gateway to the Magruder Corridor, three Wilderness Areas (Selway-Bitterroot | Gospel Hump | Frank Church River of No Return), and the Salmon River via Dixie. With abundant wildlife, hiking, fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling in the winter, the possibilities for outdoor activities are endless. We are the first choice for your "Home on the Road!"
