Ride Description:
Very much looking forward to this ride. My Dad and I attempted it last week and it was beautiful! Unfortunately our trip got cut short when he attempted a water crossing (not requred for this ride) and flooded out the bike. But don't worry- we won't be going that way.
Starting at the Gas Station in Nampa it is 147 miles round trip.
I will be trailering my DRZ400 down to the point marked on the map, unload, and ride from there. This loop will be approx 92 miles if you trailer down. I do have room in the truck for one more bike if you want to carpool down. I can pick you up ahead of time.
We will also be hitting up a challenge point at Spencer Reservoir. Last I hard Triangle was on private land, so we will take photos Spencer.
Bring some snacks or a light lunch. We will probably stop mid way and eat something on the trail.
If you have any ideas on changing the route please let me know. I would like to avoid pavement as much as possible. This route is certainly up for alteration, but the distance and time should remain about the same.
