Contact Members

How do you contact someone on the forums section?  If you click on a username in the events section a contact tab is there to use.  In the forums section it's not there.  The only other way I see to contact them is if you click "Our Members" there is a contact tab beside their username.  Which brings up another question.  Is there any faster way to get to a different page of the member list besides clicking the arrow which scrolls to the next page?

Edit:  Some have the contact tab, some don't. Maybe it's the way they set up their profile?
