Manage Sign Ups for your Event


When you post a ride on the calendar, you have some control over how many people sign up for your event. In addition, you can use the website to quickly contact everyone who signed up for your event, should the need arise.

Controlling how many people can sign up

  • Once your event is posted, click on it's title on the Events page to view your event page.
  • Under the Title at the top of your event page, you should see a small gray tab called "Signups". Click it!
  • You can manually set signups to open/closed here. In addition, you will see a line that says "Signup Limit" with a blue text link to the right. Click the blue text link.
  • This will pop you to the "Signup Limit" field where you may enter a number for the maximum riders. Numbers only, please!
  • Click "Save Configuration" to apply your changes.

Controlling who signed up

  • You can also make changes to who has signed up for your event. 
  • On your event page, click the small gray "Signups" tab under the ride title.
  • Click the "Administer" sub tab.
  • You can put a check-mark next to any signups you want to cancel and choose "Cancel Signup" from the drop down list.
  • Click the "Update" button to save your changes.

Contacting everyone who signed up

  • You can quickly contact everyone who signed up for your event.
  • On your event page, click the small gray "Signups" tab under the ride title.
  • Click the "Signup Broadcast" sub-tab.
  • Ensure your correct email address is displayed in the top field.
  • Next, enter a subject and body for your message. 
  • You can optionally send a copy to yourself by checking the box under the "Body" field for your message.
  • Click the "Send' button to broadcast your message.
